It has been over 700 years since Venetian merchant and explorer Marco Polo first set into Asia - to us his legacy is a symbol. A symbol of curiosity. A symbol of the positive spread of energies. A symbol of East and West. We would like to introduce the collaboration of DimSumRecords and our friends from Rimini, Smoud Traxx.

One incredible cultural bearer for both Italians and Chinese is ‘the Noodle’ - feeding people over hundreds of years - during times of prosperity and times of desperation. A truly timeless meal whether it is Spaghetti or Lo Mein. The noodle is ‘more than just food’ but epitomizes the unique social values, & most importantly the ‘identity’ of both respective cultures. Values that we both similarly share such as non verbal messages of love via a bowl of noodles, the importance of eating with loved ones and one that resonates with us - the love & commitment. for the creative process

We feel that both Smoud Beats and Laidlaw have translated that energy via these two tracks showcasing their exquisite taste levels. Their hard work, the dedication to work on their craft so they can bring people together. Creating Positive Emotional Flavours.
